Anything else you do, most of the time simply amounts to nothing more than a waste of time. You would have a better chance of finding out the owner's name by simply calling the number and asking him or her.

Sadly, cellular phone numbers are held extremely private by the telecommunication companies that own them. There have been several attempts to establish a public domain directory of cell phone numbers unfortunately it has yet to come to fruition.
