It was 9:30 am and Matt, the department sales director, was having his weekly one on one meeting with Jonathan in Matts office.

Jonathan was not your typical salesperson. When he looked at you, you could see he had a focus and direction you dont see in most people.

Jonathan was relatively new to sales and chose to get into it for the opportunity to make significantly more money. No we dont, and I consider that good news, Matt said with a smile. Most pros in any field became a pro because they took on the responsibility themselves of mastering the basics.
