They work on a purely voluntary basis which means that in order to access their database you have to first enter in your own name, phone number, and some other minor personal information. While many of these sites have a good amount of numbers already they are far from complete.

3. Join a National Directory Membership Site - These sites are like having the digital version of the cell phone Yellow Pages right on your computer. Unlike the free yellow pages you will have to pay a nominal fee to join one of these sites but it can be well worth it. If you do choose to join one of these sites make sure they offer a money back guarantee in the off chance that they don't have the information you are looking for.
