Meditation for Urban People
Urban community is business and industrial society that always under pressure with never ending business target. Other hands, unhealthy life style often make endurance more lower, lower and lower physically and mentally. For solve this problem some effort has been done with medicine and psychiatry approach. But, the fact shows so many urban people still have problem although they were get treatment by medicine and psychiatry approach.
The huge problems need to solve it with proper approaching. That approach is meditation for urban people like businessman, politician, decision maker, and etc. Meditation is one of many solutions for urban people that very busy and always under pressure. Various people and various institutions have offered various meditations.
Dragon Meditation (DM) One meditation solution is dragon meditation. A Dragon meditation is meditation for transform universe energy to our body and soul energy and makes improvement our physic and mental quality. This meditation like tai-chi but not absolutely same. Dragon meditation does not need foot movement but only hand movement. It is very-very slow movement in a meditation activity but people who see the meditation will not any movement on this meditation.
DM has some step of hand. There are 8 steps of DM and every people can do that. Key factor for success in meditation like this are: patient, remember with step hands, always feel on palm hands, and pray to God. Benefit for all people who conduct it are more relax, health, fresh, healing self and other people, and have protection capability by body magnetic shield.
Meditation in Busy Time
Preliminary meditations before get in training on DM please try this:
1. Sitting Meditation. Sit on chair or floor. Close your eyes, arrange your breath and loose all your body. Feel your palm hand that you put on your knee. Keep like this for 15-30 minutes.
2. Sleeping down meditation. Same with above but you should be go sleeping down. Keep like this for 15-30 minutes.
3. Sun Meditation. Conduct it like number 1 but in the below of sun. Do this in 12-16 oclock in the day and not is night. Keep feel on your body and palm hands.
4. Water Meditation. Sit down in the bottom of pool or bath up. Keep in water your body until neck. Arrange your breath and close your eyes. Feel your body and feel the water too.
Four kinds of meditation above is example of dragon meditation. But if you try four kinds above you can get relaxation and refreshing your body and soul. In busy time you still can do meditation when sit in the car, your office room and etc. Arrange your breath and feel your body. It is made your body relax for little time. More better if you spare time in your house or office to meditation 5-10 minutes.
