Acne Solution - My Secret For Acne Free Skin After Suffering More Than 5 Years

Having acme is an embarrassing problem especially among teenagers. Acne ruin your social life and self-confident. I know because I have suffered for more than five years. I have tried over a dozen product and only one worked!

First let me share with you some of the things that I did to relieve my acne outbreak during the time that I had this horrible disease.

1. Eat more protein. This may sound gross but eating raw organic egg from free range chicken has helped my skin looks healthier and it had prevented a lot of acne outbreaks.

It is best to buy local egg because they are healthier and you have very low risk of getting sick. I have been eating raw egg for over five months now with no problem. Eating raw is also good for staying lean!

2. Avoid eating sugar and grains. Avoid soda, sugar, candy, and all those junk foods can greatly help reduce acne and acne outbreak.

3. Drink a lot of water. Drinking water has helped my skin stay hydrated and it helps me stay full so I didn't eat too much junk food. Drinking more water will also help detoxify your body.

One of my secret is to add sea salt to your water. sea salt will make your body retain the water. Sea salt is a lot healthier than the regular salt that you buy at the grocery store. You can find sea salt at your local health store - it is not expensive and last very long.

Doing the above really helped me relieve my acne breakout, but my face still had acne which just won't go away and I would keep getting more acne everyday.

I have tried over a dozen acne products and only one worked successfully. By successfully I mean NO more acne. Other products I have tried have worked but have several serious side effects. I have also tried Proactiv which didn't work either.
